Please note that we do not accept requests for refunds or replacements once an order is confirmed. However, we’re always here to assist you in finding a solution that works for everyone.
In case of Damaged product
- Team Cravetales needs to be notified of the damaged product within 3 days from the delivery date via email/Whats app/Instagram/Facebook. All the links are given in (link)Contact us.
- Please provide the following information when reporting any issues with your order: your order number, at least 1 image of the outer box, and at least 2 clear images of the damaged product.

- For multiple-item shipments, please note that we can only accept returns and replacements for the affected product.

In Case of a Missing Product

- Please provide the following information when reporting the missing items in your order: your order number, at least 1 image of the outer box, and at least 2 clear images of the opened package and 1 Video with the recieved products inside. (We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but having this information will help us to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues with your order.)
- While we’re unable to process refunds, we’re more than happy to promptly re-send any missing products to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Quality Concerns & Item Spoilage: Our Promise to You

- Please provide the following information while reporting spoilage issues, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture,Batch No. of the product (present along with the manufacturing date), a minimum of 2 clear images and a minimum of one video of the product.
- As our products are made by hand using natural ingredients, slight differences in taste, texture, colour, or aroma may occur from one batch to another. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on these variances. We take pride in our commitment to using only the finest natural ingredients and preserving maximum nutritional value through our natural production process, and therefore do not compromise on quality.
- We are dedicated to finding an agreeable resolution for any issues you may have with our products. After conducting a thorough investigation and exercising due diligence, we will replace any product that warrants such action. We are committed to ensuring a fair outcome for all parties involved.

Additional Information
- In the event that a product is unavailable and payment has already been made to Cravetales, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund.
- At Cravetales, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Additionally, we may request further information to complete your order. In the event that your order, or a portion of it, is cancelled, we will notify you promptly. If payment has already been made and your order is cancelled, you can expect to receive a refund within 5-7 working days.
- Cost of Returning an Item- Cravetales, as the Seller, will work with the buyer to determine and agree upon which party will be responsible for bearing the logistics cost associated with returning an item.
- As the Seller, we will carefully investigate and confirm the receipt of the returned item before issuing a refund to the buyer. We want to make sure that we have all the necessary information and have conducted a thorough review before processing the refund.
- Unless it is stated in our Refunds and Return Policy, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to a change of mind. Please note that if you have received the items that are mentioned in the confirmation email or invoice, we will not be able to entertain refund requests.
